  Wrought iron well/bucket hook slightly later than hook, Ref. 998-703 above.  Measuring 9 1/2" high x 1 1/8" at widest.  The hook extends 1 7/8" at the hook.  This hook is later being made in two pieces - front is pivot hinged with a separate spring mounted behind as shown in side view above.
