Folding hanging swivel hook rack, circa 1900, with bent wire hooks.  Bent wire items were very popular at the turn of the last century.  Measuring 31 1/2" overall x 4" high.  The six bent wire hooks extend 3 1/4" and are 2 1/2" high each.  Each hook swivels from side to side allowing the rack to be packed flat for traveling.  This piece has remnants of a mustard paint on both the wood and the hooks - which may or may not be original.
