Antique Door Bells and Door Knockers

   Antique rotary or twist door bell, circa 1900, which mounts directly through an exterior door with the turn handle (above) on the outside and the bell (below left) mounted inside.  Classic Arts & Crafts cast iron turn handle measures 3 3/8" x 1 3/8" while the modified figure eight turn itself is 1 3/8" high and extends 5/8".   The indented sides of the turn have some decorative detail as shown center below.  Cast iron bell measures 3" in diameter - photo bottom row below shows back of bell.    Bell rings with a continuous ring as long as the handle is turned and can be heard throughout the house.  Complete and restored to working order, bell is adjustable to any door thickness up to 1 1/2" without requested modification.
