Mortise lock set, manufactured by the Penn Hardware Co., circa 1930 Colonial Revival, with matching cast bronze rosettes, knobs, and key escutcheons for each side of the door.  Key escutcheons measure 2" x 1 1/8" - rosettes are 1 7/8" diameter.  Accompanied by the original full antique mortise lock pictured below.  Lock is reversible and complete with plain brass face, strike, and one key.  Backset is 2 1/2".  Bronze trim is all heavy cast quality and has been restored to original polished and lacquered finish, complete, and ready to install.  Knobs have a flat face as seen in photo below center.  Comes with mounting screws.
