AS FOUND - Vintage double pocket door lock, receiver and 4 plates manufactured by Reading Hardware Co., circa 1920.  This group of original pocket door hardware comes with 4 pressed oval steel flush escutcheon plates, beaded edge, not restored with remnants of original brass plated finish showing.  Plates measure 7 1/2" x 2 1/2".  Two plates have keyhole for lock side and two do not for the secondary door receiver side.  Lock (5 1/4" x 4") and receiver (5 1/4" x 3") are as is, not restored, with astragal faces and pop out pulls but no key.  Faces are 7 11/16" x 1 1/8".  This set is for double pocket doors coming together in the middle and requires a 1 3/4" door thickness to mount.  For the do-it-yourself enthusiasts.
