Antique double pocket or sliding door lockset, manufactured by P. & F. Corbin, circa 1885, with decorative cast iron trim.  Plates measure 4 3/4" x 2" - The two plates with open centers mount over the lock allowing access to the bronze latch mechanism which is built into the latch itself (shown in photo below left).  The enclosed two plates mount on the secondary door with the receiver plate.  Lock measures 3 1/4" deep x 3 3/8" high and lock face and receiver strike are 5 3/4" x 1 1/4" and are decorative and flat with finger holes for pulling doors out of the pocket shown below.  This set is for double pocket doors coming together in the middle and requires a 1 3/8" door thickness minimum.  Complete set consists of four plates pictured above, one latch and receiver strike pictured below, ready to install.  Restored and complete - comes with slotted mounting screws.
