A rare very large hand wrought early square cornered German or Dutch Elbow Lock often seen in Pennsylvania for exterior use with a keyed dead bolt, circa 1820 - all original.  Levers are deep spoon style and the off-side has spoon handle offers a separate round rosette and oval key escutcheon (3" x 1 3/4")  in wrought iron.  Lock body measures 7 3/8" x 5 1/4" x 1 1/4".  This type of lock is not reversible and is right hand only and will fit a door up to 1 1/2" thick without modification.  Lock offers slide privacy bolt operated by the finger slide found at the bottom of the lock as well as the keyed deadbolt.  Back set of the lock is 2 3/4".  In excellent condition, restored, and complete with original 6 1/2" key - comes with slotted mounting screws.
