   Cast iron vertical rim lock which mounts on the surface of the door, manufactured circa 1900 and signed Russwin on both sides (previously known as Russell & Erwin).  Lock measures 4" high x 3 1/4" without the jamb keeper which is an additional 7/8".  Lock is reversible, shown as right hand above and left hand below with original period door knobs in either white porcelain or brown mineral.  The night latch at the top of the lock allows you to lock the door knobs for privacy rather than using the keyed dead bolt.  Accompanied with original cast iron rosette, key escutcheon, and one key.   Ready to install - complete with screws.  We will hand your lock as needed upon request - please include information in the Comments Section.

 Cast iron Victorian vertical rim lock which mount on the surface of the door, manufactured circa 1875, signed on the both sides BWL (Branford Lock Works).  Lock measures 4" high x 3 1/4" without the jamb keeper which is an additional 3/4".  Lock is reversible, shown as left hand above and right hand below with white porcelain door knobs.  The night latch at back edge of lock allows the knobs to be locked for privacy without using the keyed dead bolt.  Accompanied with original cast iron rosette and key escutcheon and key.  Ready to install - complete with screws.  We will hand your lock as needed upon request - please include information in the Comments Section.
