Cast iron Victorian vertical rim lock which mounts on the surface of the door, manufactured circa 1880, with linear decoration on the outer edge and matching keeper.  Lock measures 4 1/4" x 3 1/8" without the jamb keeper which is an additional 7/8".  Lock is reversible, shown as right hand above and left hand below.  Back set is 2 1/8".  The night latch at the top of the lock allows you to lock the door knobs for privacy rather than using the keyed dead bolt.  Restored and all original with black jet pottery door knobs, cast iron rosette, key escutcheon, and key  We will hand your lock as needed upon request - please include information in the Comments Section.
