A very nice smaller wrought iron rim lock, circa 1800, with brass trim. Lock body measures 5 1/8" deep x 3 1/2" high x 7/8" without the keeper and is non-reversible, right hand only. The keeper measures 1 1/4" width additional. Lock is restored, in excellent condition, and complete with original period oval door knobs (1 1/2" high x 1 1/4"). Accompanied by replacement brass rosette and original oval brass key escutcheon (1 1/2" x 1 1/8"). Original key is 3 1/2". Restored and complete with slotted mounting screws.
