   Decorative Victorian vertical rim lock, manufactured and signed by Norwalk Lock Co. on one side and with a patent date on the other of  July 21, 1863.  This antique rim lock in cast iron measures 4 1/4" high x 3 1/4" without the keeper which is additional 7/8".   Lock is reversible and all original.   Restored, complete with an original white porcelain door knobs, cast iron rosette and key escutcheon.  A night latch on the back edge of the lock allows you to lock the knobs for privacy without using the keyed bolt.  Complete with slotted mounting screws.
