An early primitive wrought iron bar lift latch, measuring 12" overall on the lift bar. The lift handle extends 3" from the door with a 1 1/2" diameter grasp. The bar itself is 1/2" to 3/4" wide. The accompanying staple is 2 3/8" high x 3" spikes. The rat-tail keeper is 3 1/4" high x 3" deep spike. This set mounts and is operational from one side of a door only, which means it was used on a door where interior access was not a concern.
