Swing arm style sash locks with a patent date imprinted of  Dec. 27, 1887, in cast iron.  Lock bases measure 2 1/4" wide x 1 3/8" deep without the keeper which takes 2 1/4" x 3/4" to mount.  The arm moves the swing catch into the keeper to lock and out of the keeper to unlock the sash.  Restored and complete - comes with slotted wood screws.

Pair of decorative Victorian flush mount sash lifts, circa 1885, in their original bronze and black finish.  Manufactured by Reading Hardware Co. in their Windsor pattern.  These lifts measure 3 1/4" wide x 1 13/16" high overall and need a cutout in the window measuring 2 1/4" wide x 1 1/8" high x 1/4" deep. Close-up shown below.

Another variation of the Victorian daisy style shutter dog in cast iron, circa 1875.  Dogs are on bars to be mounted on the window sill, used primarily on stone or brick houses.  Dog itself measures 4 1/2" high and extends 2 1/2" while the bar measures approximately 81/2".  Restored, primed, and ready for your final painting to match your home.

Colonial hand wrought shutter dogs or turn buckles, circa 1800, with nice rat-tail curls on counterweights.  Spikes measure approximately 5" while the dogs or stays measure 5 1/2" x 1 1/4".   Dogs show heavy pitting from outdoor weathering but are nicely formed early dogs.  Made with spikes to drive into mortar on brick or stone to hold the shutters back against the exterior wall when open.
