Victorian window or sash lift in decorative cast iron, with a patent date on the back of Oct. 31, 1871.  Lift measures 2" wide x 1 5/8" high.  Restored and ready to install.  Complete with screws.

Unusual combination sash locks and lifts, circa 1880, in decorative cast iron.  These locks mount on the bottom of the window sash with the catch (keeper) mounted on the window sill.  The lift is spring loaded and presses back to release the lock and lift the window at the same time.  Measuring 1 3/4" high x 1 7/8" wide overall with the lift included in the height.  They extend 1" from the window.  The catch measures 1 7/8" wide x 3/4" deep.  Set of five restored and complete, comes with slotted mounting screws.

Victorian figural shutter dogs in cast iron, circa 1875.  Dogs are on square mounting plates measuring 2" square for a frame house.  Dog itself measures 4 1/2" high overall with a 3 1/2" drop from center.  The counter-weight medallions measure 2 1/4" in diameter and depict a lady's head (close-ups shown below for more detail).  Restored and complete with a black finish - ready to mount.

All original swing arm style sash locks, patent date on the underside of Apr. 27, 1875, in cast iron.  Lock bases measure 2 3/8" wide x 1 3/8" deep x 1 1/4" high.  The keeper is 2 1/4" wide x 3/4" deep.  The up and down toggle at the back of the spring loaded arm releases it to swing into the keeper for locking and out of the keeper to unlock the sash.  Locks are restored and completed - with slotted wood screws.
