A pair of interior shutter catches, manufactured circa 1895, in decorative forged steel.  These latches were originally made as the catch for interior shutters, but can be adapted for use as a catch on any flush doors.  When in closed position (below left) catch measures about 2 1/8" wide x 1 7/8" high.   Restored and complete with mounting screws.

Colonial hand wrought shutter dogs or turn buckles, circa 1800, with nice rat-tail curls on counterweights.  Spikes measure approximately 4 1/2" while the dogs or stays measure 6 1/2" x 1 1/2" across the widest top.   These dogs were made with spikes to drive into mortar on brick or stone to hold the shutters back against the exterior wall when open.  Pictured in mounted position below left.  Extremely nice rat-tails shown in close-up below right.

Eleven pair of double blind brackets in cast iron from the late 19th Century.  Brackets are 4" high and extend 1 1/2".  Made to accommodate two sets of roller blinds - one for the top window and one for the bottom window.  Used often in commercial settings such as a factory or school.

Victorian shutter dogs in cast iron, circa 1875.  Dogs are on square mounting plates measuring 2 1/8" square for a frame house.  Dog itself measures 4" high overall with a 2" wide.  The counter-weights are a swirled Rococo design popular in the 1870's and 1880's.  Restored and complete with a black finish - ready to mount.

Early swing arm style sash locks with a patent dates imprinted of  1878 & 1879, in plain cast iron with brass finial.  Locks measure 1 3/4" diameter at the base x 1 1/4" high overall.  The keeper is 2 1/4" x 3/4" wide to mount.  The rounded  hinged toggle on the back of the lock moves the swing arm into the catch on the keeper to lock and out of the keeper to unlock. The arm extends 3/4" beyond the base.  Restored and complete - comes with slotted wood screws.
