Victorian flush mount sash lifts, circa 1890, in their original finish over ornate cast iron.  Lifts measure 3 1/8" x 1 3/4" with cutouts of 2 1/4" x 1" x 5/8" deep to accommodate flush mounting.  This type of lift was used most often in pairs on larger windows and occasionally used vertically on small sliding doors.  Close-up below shows nice decorative detail.  Complete with slotted mounting screws.

Cast iron crescent style sash or window locks, circa 1890.  Locks measure 2 3/4" x 1 1/16" and the keeper requires 3/4" on the top sash to mount.  These locks pull the sashes together while locking the window.  Locks are restored, complete - come with slotted flat head wood screws.

Cast iron flush mount shutter lifts, circa 1865.  These lifts were used on vertical shutters and measure 2 7/8" x 1 3/4" high.  The necessary cutout is 2 3/8" x 1 1/8" x 1/2" deep.  The recess is more deeply cut at the top (as shown in photo of the back below) giving greater purchase when operating.  Unique early lifts that may be used on window sash's also.  Restored and complete with slotted screws.

 Cast iron side sash locks, circa 1885, measuring  approximately 2 1/4" on the banjo shaped portion overall x 1".  Locks are in original bronze plated finish over iron.  Face plate is 1  9/16" high x 1/4" wide.  The mount back plate is 1 7/8" high x 1".  These locks were mounted on the window sash - the arm moves up and down and pushes the pressure plate on the left in and out.  This pressure plate will hold the window closed or open in any position with pressure on the window sill.  Open position above with plate retracted (lower right) - locked position upper left above with plate extended.  Complete with slotted wood screws.

 Swing arm sash locks similar to the Ives patent with a patent date imprinted on the underside of May 14, 1885, in cast iron with bronze levers.  Locks measure 2" wide x 1 1/4" deep without the keeper which is 1 3/8" x 1/2" .  The bronze lever moves the swing arm (extends 1/2") into the catch on the keeper to lock and out of the keeper to unlock.  Restored and complete - comes with slotted wood screws.
