Description

Antique swing arm sash window lock, heavy cast bronze, spring loaded both in the lock arm and in the keeper, This lock is very high quality, circa 1870. Springs are strong and working in each lock. The spring loaded locking swing arm catch is locked in place when snapped into the unusual spring loaded keeper. The arm is released by pushing on the small finger press extending out on the left side as shown in close-up of the keeper. Restored to original polished finish. Lock base measures 2 3/8" wide x 1" deep. Keeper is 2 1/2" x 1". Arm extends 2" beyond base of lock. Lock is about 1" high proud. Complete and in very good working condition. Each lock is in the same condition as shown in photos. Multiple available. Priced and sold individually.
