Pair of late 18th to early 19th Century hand wrought iron full strap blanket chest hinges - 27" overall measurement. Hinges mount with the longest side (14") on the outside of the back of the chest, The slightly shorter side (13") mounts on the inside of the lid. Measures 1 1/2" across at barrel of hinges. Being sold as found showing surface darkening age and patina as well as some light surface rust pitting. Hinges are in good sound usable condition.
