Ornate cast iron horizontal rim lock manufactured circa 1890's, with the manufacturer PENN in a circle as pictured below (Penn Hardware Co.) on both sides of the locks.  Locks measure 3 1/4" x 4 1/4" and are reversible, restored to a black finish, and complete with original black jet door knobs, cast iron trim with key escutcheon, rosette, and key.  Lock has a night latch on the top edge of the lock which allows you to lock the door knobs for privacy without using the keyed bolt.  Keeper measures 7/8" additional on jamb.  Back set is 3" to knob center.  Complete with slotted mount screws.
