An unusual cast iron thumb latch having components of both the Roggins and Blake thumb latches.  Handle measures 7 3/4" x 1 7/8" at widest on top.  The off-side bar set is comprised of a 7 1/4" bar, 2" high side mount staple, and 1 5/8" high side mount jamb keeper.  When mounted, the end of the thumb lift protrudes through the door and rests under the bar to operate the bar latch and also acts as a grasp to lift the bar from the bar latch side.  This latch will fit a door up to 2 1/4" thick.  All parts are original, restored and complete with slotted mounting screws.
